Pupils in the Junior Room walked up to the park beside Clonown Church to have a picnic with their teddy bears. It was a dull morning so luckily we had our vests from RSA to wear while walking. We had great fun playing stuck in the mud, teddy bear style!

We go to the library each month and promoting reading is a huge part of our school culture. One of our 1st Class pupils won a prize as part of the Summer Reading Scheme.

Pupils in the Senior Room took part in the Co. Roscommon Cross Country Running in St. Joseph’s College, Summerhill recently. The children had a great day and they ran very well.
