The Junior Room have been working hard on their Maths recently, but have been having fun along the way! Working things out together is great fun. The children love Maths time.

The pupils in the Junior Room were given a topic to talk about during English – ‘If I could be any colour, what colour would I be and why?’. The children had great fun chatting about it and then standing up and speaking in front of the class.
We are looking forward to taking part in this great initiative in October and we encourage all our pupils to join us. More info to follow soon.
As today is SNA Appreciation Day we would like to thank Brendan for all he does in our school. The children and teachers are extremely fond of him and we know how lucky we are to have him here.
A reminder to please support our fantastic pupils who are taking part in Culture Night with Amy Abdullah Barry on Friday evening. They’ll be in Moore Hall from 6.30 – 7pm reciting poetry and playing music. We are sooooooo proud of them.

Our pupils have started training for the upcoming cross-country competition in Roscommon. Well done everyone! We are very lucky to have the sports field in Clonown on our door step and we often hold our PE there.
