Our girls did an amazing job today playing against Ballinameen. They played so well and never gave up. We were so proud of all our team. Our 6th class girls praised and encouraged the younger players throughout the whole match. The boys clapped and cheered from the sideline. Very wet conditions today but a great day was had by all. Fabulous sportsmanship from Clonown N.S. Thanks sincerely to Brendan for all his help and encouragement with the team. Best of luck to Ballinameen in the next round – they were a lovely team to play against – very friendly and welcoming.
