Pupils in the Senior Room started their Cycle Right training today. Darragh talked to the children about the ‘M check’ before they get on their bikes. He also spoke about the importance of wearing a helmet and high-vis clothing. The children will bring their bikes to school for the next workshop and they will practise various drills on the school grounds. The workshop will run for 4 weeks, with the children cycling around Ballinaculla and up the bog road then. We hope all our pupils enjoy the lessons and we’ve no doubt that they will get a lot from them.
