We are delighted to be back to our music lessons in school after the Christmas holidays. We learn the tin-whistle every week with James Donohue (Junior Room) and Fiona O’Neill (Senior Room). Lisa Quigley teaches the Ukulele in the Junior Room also. We are very proud to be part of Music Generation. Cian Cunniffe comes every Wednesday and the children learn mandolin, fiddle and banjo. Every child has their own string instrument (supplied by Music Generation) which they can bring home to practise. We are really looking forward to taking part in the Feile Ceoil soon in the Dean Crowe Theatre. We hope you can come along to hear our school band performing on stage.
