We had a busy time for Science Week. Our theme was Marine Environments and we carried out many experiments and activities based around this. (This topic is in line with our Green School Project.) We focused mainly on water pollution. The Senior Pupils also held workshops for the Junior pupils which the children really enjoyed. We had a slogan competition about marine pollution. We explored pupils ideas for our Science Blast project which we will begin after Christmas. (This event is held in the RDS and our pupils love taking part.) Pupils in the Senior Room attended a workshop in the library hosted by Christine from ‘Anyone 4 Science’. The experiments were Harry Potter themed. We really enjoyed Science Week.
