We are a committed Green School and we work very hard to reduce our carbon footprint. One of our aims is to walk as much as possible. This picture shows all pupils in our school ‘Walking on Wednesday’ around Ballinculla, in Clonown. There is a lovely view of the Shannon and the children enjoy the natural surroundings. We are working towards our 11th Green Flag.
The picture below is of pupils in the Junior Room as they prepare to go on a special walk to celebrate Active School and Mental Week in our school, 7th – 10th May.
