Pupils in the Senior Room enjoyed a trip to Dublin Zoo recently to celebrate the Easter holidays. We had a great time together looking at all the animals and playing in the playground.
To celebrate the week of the Easter holidays, pupils in the Junior Room enjoyed a trip to Glendeer Pet Farm. They had a brilliant day there as always. We are very lucky to have this great amenity so close to our school.
Spring has truly arrived this week! We enjoyed the lovely weather and decided to start our planting for spring/summer. We planted lots of different herbs, cosmos and sunflowers so far. We got the sunflower seeds from the flowers which we planted last year.

The children in the Senior Room received a Science Kit from Cell Explorers at NUI Galway. We had great fun extracting DNA from a pumpkin, especially for Halloween! We learned all about living things and how we all have our own DNA.
